Thank you for contacting the Arborfield, Barkham and District Branch of the Royal British Legion to register to take part in the 2018 Arborfield Remembrance Day Parade.

The name of your group (or state if you are registering as an individual)
The anticipated number attending in your group (this is required to calculate the parade timings and post-parade catering needs)
If you wish to march in the parade - "Y" (or are attending the service only - "N")
If your group is a uniformed organisation or non-uniformed (this is required to arrange the "Order of March")
If you, or your group, wish to lay a wreath at The Cross (this is required to arrange wreath laying order during the service. N.B. You will need to arrange and provide your own Wreath)
There then follows a freetext "Message" box, should you have any questions, wish to advise of any needs or requirements for your group, or have additional or specific information that you wish to pass to the Administration Team (e.g. We are attending the service at The Cross and the concert after the parade, but are unable to march within the parade.).
